As a first year teacher, I needed to trade in my college car for a more reliable car! I called Performance Ford and spoke with Kevin C in sales. When I came in, he showed me the Ford Escapes that they had in my top 2 colors and let me test drive them. As we drove, he told me about the different features of the car and was patient and knowledgeable with all of my questions. As promised, he was able to get me into a brand new 2010 Ford Escape that was below how much I had budgeted for! After I purchased the car, he set up my car's blue-tooth system to my phone and made sure I knew how to use it before I left. He also helped me move stuff from my old car into the new one, and took off my license plates for me. He then left me with the statement "Call anytime if you need anything!" He was sincere about this statement because I called at least 3 more times that first week with questions about my new vehicle and he helped me with all of them! He wasn't pushy and he never made a statement that he couldn't go through with. He's also funny, which makes it fun working with him! I definitely recommend him to anyone on a budget who wants a nice car!! More

I went to Performance Ford expecting the normal haggle to get a good price with all the options I wanted. That didn't happen at all, I bought a new F-150 FX4 with all the options I wanted. I got a great deal on my trade in and the price I wanted, I couldn't be anymore pleased with my purchasing decision. I was originally looking at a Silverado or Sierra, being a long time GM buyer I've never owned a Ford. After taking the F-150 out for a test drive, Kevin just asked if I had any questions about the truck and made sure to answered everything. He still calls me to check up and see if I'm happy and if I need anything for the truck. I would highly recommend Performance Ford. More
