I recently visited Baxter Ford to purchase a 2011 Chrysler Town and Country. (I had previously done my shopping from their website, which allowed me to really narrow down what I wanted prior to visi Chrysler Town and Country. I was expecting your typical 'car salesman pitch' and pressured atmosphere that car dealerships are known for. I was pleasantly surprised to work with a salesman (Justin M) who was laid back, and allowed me to decide what "I" wanted based upon my needs, and not on his need for a sale. The process was smooth and painless and I left that evening driving away in what I wanted, and at a fair price. However- it was after the sale where I decided that Baxter really raised the bar on customer service above the rest! I had some after market additions as well as a couple minor glitches with my vehicle that I need worked out. Jayana far exceeded my expectations!! She was easy to work with, had a great personality at all times, and truly went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. From start to finish she made sure I was taken care of and that I was happy with my purchase. Anyone can put on a 'game face' to make a sale, but to continue to provide exceptional customer service AFTER the sale is remarkable! She went the extra 150% to assist me far beyond what was in her normal job duties. For her level of customer service alone, I will be referring friends and family to baxter as well continuing as a customer for all my needs. Thank you for making car buying pleasant and simple! More
I wanted to get my husband an anniversary gift that he wouldn't buy himself. I thought an "add on" to his truck might be nice. Jayana Timm helped me with options and we decided on a remote start kit. Who knew there were so many choices in remote start kits? Jayana explained them all to me understanding what I was looking for in both options and cost. She was able to get me in the next day AND provided a loaner vehicle to get to/from work. Most importantly - my husband LOVES it! While the truck was there, it was a good opportunity to get the tires rotated and a pesky noise investigated. Aaron Pigula was incredibly friendly and didn't make fun of me when I explained the noise in silly girl terms. My explaination was something like "when I am driving it makes like a rotating sound that I think may, probably, could be from like the tires....". Bless his heart. Aaron and the service team found my problem and even better - it was covered under warranty. Thank you SO much to the team for making this trip so easy!! More
The salesman was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was extremely customer service-oriented and if he did not know all the questions that I had about the vehicle, he would find o about the vehicle. Jayanna, who was the the Aftermarket Manager was also very knowledgeable about the various dealer-installed options. She was very deligent in answering all my questions. She was very friendly and was conscious about not selling products that I did not want. Matt, the finance person was very deligent in preparing the paperwork and made the process very simple. He was conscious in taking too much time. Very business, knowledgable and friendly. More

As a college student, I was looking for something more reliable than my current car to get me back and forth to school that would last the rest of my schooling. We thought our experience with Ambrose (salesman) was very good. He was a very likeable fellow, was able to answer (or find answers) most of our questions. After the sale he spent at least a couple hours going over features on the new truck (F250 w/diesel) so we would have a good understanding. If you had a rating scale from 1-5 (5 equaling excellent), he would get a 5. Kevin handled the paperwork side of the deal. He did a good job as well. Can't rate quality of work (assume this means the repair side of the shop) as we have not had any service work done. Regarding dealership, the only thing I would recommend is that you try to get more parking for customers. Sometimes it was a bit of a hassle finding a parking place. More

I appreciate all everyone did for me. They treated me with respect and kindness. I was at a dealership right before I went to Baxter (a well known dealer) and they treated me like dirt and didn't wanna with respect and kindness. I bought a new 2012 ford fusion and working with Baxter was a breeze. Rocky was great putting up with my nervousness about the financing and Adam was great at easing my concerns.
