Blew off was originally happy with car. Take car to tire shop to view for winter. Come to find out tires were 7 years old even though was quoted new tires when purchased. Called several times for management to correct. Assured call back several times. No response. Even left several messages. Have recall on part for airbag too never willing to set appointment to correct either. Not willing do business with again. Honor your statements at sale. Just mention told salesmen let go to dishonest quotes. More
They are the worst dealership in Omaha. I just bought a 2010 Ford F-150 from them they had me it had extra features like power mirrors and remote start. I said ok cool, the Passenger mirror I just bought a 2010 Ford F-150 from them they had me it had extra features like power mirrors and remote start. I said ok cool, the Passenger mirror didn't work so they said that they would fix it. ok cool it's going to get fixed before I signed the papers they said that they would grab the fob for the remote start and they brought me back to sign the papers. Well after I signed the papers they tell me that they could not find the key fob and I could buy one from them. I told them to keep looking and they never looked. I call the prior owner and he told me he gave it to them and that they bought the truck off of him for 12k and they just sold me the truck for 19500. That's 7k worth of profit and they still couldn't fix my problem and they lied about everything. They are scamming people out of money. Plus they don't fix you're problems they hide them. Please do not shop here. Also I'm in the military, and they don't support us. More
BEWARE!!!!! I leased a car and thought I had a great deal. I was so excited and loved my vehicle. I was told one thing upon signing the papers and agreeing to t I leased a car and thought I had a great deal. I was so excited and loved my vehicle. I was told one thing upon signing the papers and agreeing to terms that I was allowed 15,000 miles per year. However 3 years later when I returned the vehicle it was a different story. I had less than 40,000 miles or what I thought I was allowed by my lease, but I had to pay for extra mileage . Some of the paperwork matched what we agreed upon, but not all. SO BEWARE!!!! I would hate for this to be an accepted way to get a sale or do business. More

Raised price $3000 over email price. Got email price and liked it. Went to test drive and then sat to look at the numbers. The Price was now $3000 higher then email price.
