I thought the service and sales help I got were excellent. Roxy (I hope that's her name?) was very professional and even though I didn't buy an extended warrenty she was very informative without excellent. Roxy (I hope that's her name?) was very professional and even though I didn't buy an extended warrenty she was very informative without being pushy or making me feel at all uncomfortable.
