Took two weeks to get my truck back from the Body Shop. (Bumper, Front Fender, Headlight assembly) Overall quality of the work was good, but the communication provided by the shop was terrible. Promised date came and went with no phone calls explaining why. If you take your vehicle to these folks, don't expect any status updates or information unless you are willing to keep calling them. My husband took my 2001 Ford Escort to have service done. At first we were told it was the timing belt, that will be $546 dollars please. We were on the way to pick up my car from the Performance Ford people, my husband received a call on his cell phone that the mechanic had installed the timing belt incorrectly and it would not be completed until the following day, which was Friday. Friday morning we were asked to call a certain service person to see how things were going, found out on Friday that he had the day off, go figure! I called around 10:00 am to see how things were progressing,what did I find out, you guessed it car is not going to be done by noon. I received a call a couple of hours later from another service department person, the plate under the car is broken. WOW REALLY, for labor alone $1250 dollars, you could imagine my surprise. The car is not worth that much. That didn't even include the marked up part. Can't wait to tell my husband this. We went out there and he took his flash light and tried to show up where it was cracked, by that time I could care less and neither did my husband. The husband told the mechanic put the car back together start it and we will be out front waiting, DON'T shut the car off. We found out by the grace of GOD the mechanic is waving his labor cost so Performance was going to drop the part charge. That was good news until parked in the lot across the street and shut it off. You guessed it tow truck time. After we took it to a mechanic that we found through family. They did replace the belt, did not calibrate it, did not tighten the nuts on the fuel pump, who knows what else happened to my little car. Oh by the way the mechanic at Performance offered my husband $200 dollars for my car. My car has only 112,000 miles on it and looks brand new on the inside. Not only will I never go to Performance Ford I tell everyone I know not to go there. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. More
Connie worked with my wife and I when we were interested in a new Ford Explorer. She was easy to work with and we never got the feeling of being pressured. She has continued to follow up to see how she can help even when we haven't been great at responding to her calls and emails. From the moment I walked into Performance Ford we were treated very well. We were met by Barbara Vampola(Sales Rep.) and from there it was the most positive car buying experience I have ever had.....which treated very well. Two things stand out: 1) They gave me a great price on my trade. 2) Their Service and Sales actually made repairs above and beyond what I requested. In fact, after fixing an oil leak that I had pointed out in their vehicle their service dept. replaced the timing belt on the SUV I was purchasing. Much to my surprise they did not try to stick me with that additional amount of $500.00!! In closing, I will say that this dealership and Barbara not only have earned ALL my future business......they will and have gotten many referrals from me. More

My husband and I went in wanting to trade in a car we had purchased at the dealer that was there before Performance was there. All in all I know that Manny is the far the greatest sales person I have ever worked with. He actually cared about his customer and he straight out said "I am here to represent you" which made me feel very secure and I knew he was there to help US.
