I went into to performance ford just to browse, had no interest in buying the evening I went in. I explained to the sales associate that I was on a very strict budget due to the fact that I am 9 months pr interest in buying the evening I went in. I explained to the sales associate that I was on a very strict budget due to the fact that I am 9 months pregnant, he knew well and clear what my financial limitations were. The first car he showed me (to lease) was $100.00 over my monthly limit, I explained once again that this was not at all what I had in mind, the second vehicle I was shown was also $35.00+ above the budget I had set for myself. After attempting to negotiate with the "new car manager" Brad Turner and not getting anywhere, I stated that I unfortunately would have to take my business else where or make my current vehicle work for the time being. Brad then made a comment to me about the safety of driving an infant in my current vehicle (which has never given me any problems, it is a 2 door, and with a growing family I thought it was time for a 4 door sedan) and implied my unborn child would be in danger by not leasing this vehicle from him right then and there. I felt my eyes fill with tears at the thought of ever putting my baby in danger, and was embarrassed that he would say this about me, I also felt very pressured and bullied to agree to the deal that was out of my budget. Once I reached the finance department to sign paper work finalizing the lease, I noticed somewhere along the lines the price had risen an additional $20.00 per month, when I mentioned this, I was told that they were mistaken on the sales floor and only included a 5% tax, when in actuality it should have been a 7% tax, the finance dept. hesitantly fixed this "error." Once I was home for the evening, I explained what had happened to my family, and was encouraged to call the general manager, Jerry Snyder and let him know how I was treated, in the beginning of the call he did not seem too concerned with my complaints, I had to state that I would like to take my business elsewhere, before I received any empathy. At this point Jerry stated he wanted to make things right. He called me later that day to offer a deal on another vehicle that would be in my price range, this was tempting until he mentioned the trade in value he was willing to pay for my current vehicle, the price he quoted was $1000.00 less than the quote the appraiser had given me the day before. Just another mistake, I would end up paying for. I returned the vehicle and have left a voice mail with the finance department and the general manager, requesting they return the title of my vehicle. Jerry returned my call a few days later stating that he would have a sales associate call me and get this to me, I am still waiting for this call 4 days later. More
I went into the dealer looking for a used car for my son. I had a limited amount of time and money. After finding a vehicle that was in our zone, Kenny helped us complete the deal. Kenny was very friendly an I had a limited amount of time and money. After finding a vehicle that was in our zone, Kenny helped us complete the deal. Kenny was very friendly and through the price negotiating the entire staff was pleasant to work with and nobody was pushy. We ended up purchasing the vehicle after coming to terms on a price. There was a break down in communication that we had over some of the details of the vehicle we were going to purchase and what was to be fixed and what was not to be fixed. After contacting the appropriate personnel to resolve my issue, they were very responsive and friendly to resolve the issues. Sometimes you don't know a dealers real character until there is an issue of some sort. I was very pleased with how they resolved my issues and tried to make sure I felt good about the deal. That is all anyone wants to experience when they go through the stress of finding a reliable used car to purchase. To be able to drive off the lot and feel good about it. Thank you to Kenny, and the managers for making me feel good about the business we did there. Thanks! More
Went to trade in my car to buy a superduty truck. Saleman was very nice. No complaints there. However the first truck he showed me was a dodge ram. I was interested but after test driving it for a day i real was very nice. No complaints there. However the first truck he showed me was a dodge ram. I was interested but after test driving it for a day i realized it was worn out junk. So i got a f250 to drive and liked it. Got papers signed and was on my way. A week later i get a call from the bank. The wrong bank. They screwed up my financing and sent it to the wrong bank at the wrong apr. and also they did not pay off my trade in loan right away so i had to make a payment on my trade in even tho i was no longer in possession of it. It took numerous phone calls to get it straightened out. Then when i went to get plated they didnt send correct paperwork to the dmv. It wasnt until 2 months after i made my purchase was i able to get plated and that was because i went in to dealership to pick up the correct paperwork myself. I was not happy at all at this point and cancelled my oil change service plan because i wasnt going to go there again. Not even for oil change. However they mistakenly cancelled my tire and road hazzard warranty. I only found this out when i called to set up a appt to get a tire repaired. I was pissed off. Since they did not cancel my oil change plan i went in to do that and they prorated me the refund back. I complained because i intended to cancel it back when i could get 100% refund. They beat around the bush to correct this problem. I will not go back and i have reffered several friends and family to atchely ford. All of which had zero problems. More
Despite 6 months having passed I still get tense everytime I see an F series truck on the road. The entire customer experience was miserable on an epic and almost tragic scale. They assured us that everytime I see an F series truck on the road. The entire customer experience was miserable on an epic and almost tragic scale. They assured us that the exact make, model and color of truck we wanted was available on the lot and we stayed until 10pm for the paperwork. Upon arriving home, we discovered, the engine in our truck wasn't the one we asked for. When we went back they argued "We thought you understood that the Eco-boost wasn't available". It was the engine we specifically requested. They offered us oil changes and apologized but we had, after all, signed the papers. We go home understandably upset. We prepare for a camping trip and review the towing instructions. But no! The sales person had given us faulty information. HE had apparently Googled the towing capacity. It won't pull our camper...or the boat. They admit that was their mistake. It takes them a week to find a truck with the correct axle. We drive out to pick it up and there is no bedliner...and no hitch installed...on a max tow package truck. We drive back 3 days later. They have installed the wrong hitch and have set the old plastic bed liner in the bed of the truck on top of the spay in liner. They suggest we sell the liner on Craigslist. We drive back a sixth time before we actually get a truck. They are surprised that I am unwilling to trust them with further service on our truck. Several weeks later, we get a phone call indicating they have misplaced the title to our trade in...the start of another painful process for another customer. More

I will definitely do business here again! It's refreshing to be treated like an actual human being instead of a number like at that other, larger Ford dealership up north. My salesman, Aran Rhoades, was very to be treated like an actual human being instead of a number like at that other, larger Ford dealership up north. My salesman, Aran Rhoades, was very courteous & engaging. He took the time to answer all my questions or found the person who could. I never felt pressured into anything and there was no haggling as the first offer was very reasonable. Even after the sale was complete and we had a few very minor details to work out, everything was taken care of and handled professionally. This has nothing at all to do with the sale but all the interior showroom / sales floor remodeling proves they are committed as well, which is nice to see. Performance Ford is a relatively brand, I hope to see it there for a long time. I love my truck! Thanks! More

Took two weeks to get my truck back from the Body Shop. (Bumper, Front Fender, Headlight assembly) Overall quality of the work was good, but the communication provided by the shop was terrible. Promised (Bumper, Front Fender, Headlight assembly) Overall quality of the work was good, but the communication provided by the shop was terrible. Promised date came and went with no phone calls explaining why. If you take your vehicle to these folks, don't expect any status updates or information unless you are willing to keep calling them. My husband took my 2001 Ford Escort to have service done. At first we were told it was the timing belt, that will be $546 dollars please. So we were going to pay the bill because we wanted our second car bac At first we were told it was the timing belt, that will be $546 dollars please. So we were going to pay the bill because we wanted our second car back, two weeks without a car is pure torture. We were on the way to pick up my car from the Performance Ford people, my husband received a call on his cell phone that the mechanic had installed the timing belt incorrectly and it would not be completed until the following day, which was Friday. Friday morning we were asked to call a certain service person to see how things were going, found out on Friday that he had the day off, go figure! I called around 10:00 am to see how things were progressing, what did I find out, you guessed it car is not going to be done by noon. I received a call a couple of hours later from another service department person, the plate under the car is broken. WOW REALLY, for labor alone $1250 dollars, you could imagine my surprise. The car is not worth that much. That didn't even include the marked up part. Can't wait to tell my husband this. We went out there and he took his flash light and tried to show up where it was cracked, by that time I could care less and neither did my husband. The husband told the mechanic put the car back together start it and we will be out front waiting, DON'T shut the car off. We found out by the grace of GOD the mechanic is waving his labor cost so Performance was going to drop the part charge. That was good news until parked in the lot across the street and shut it off. You guessed it tow truck time. After we took it to a mechanic that we found through family. They did replace the belt, did not calibrate it, did not tighten the nuts on the fuel pump, who knows what else happened to my little car. Oh by the way the mechanic at Performance offered my husband $200 dollars for my car. My car has only 112,000 miles on it and looks brand new on the inside. Not only will I never go to Performance Ford I tell everyone I know not to go there. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. More
Connie worked with my wife and I when we were interested in a new Ford Explorer. She was easy to work with and we never got the feeling of being pressured. We talked through our needs and she provided solu in a new Ford Explorer. She was easy to work with and we never got the feeling of being pressured. We talked through our needs and she provided solutions that aligned nicely. After the sale Connie's work wasn't over. She has continued to follow up to see how she can help even when we haven't been great at responding to her calls and emails. She has done a great job of making sure our experience was very positive and that gives us peace of mind. Thanks Connie- Great job! Dave and Theresa Banark More
