Absolutely horrible. I made the stupid mistake of inquiring online about test driving a vehicle. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! ! Thank you Vincent for being so patient and respectful. I never once felt pressured to buy a car. I had visited an independent dealer while also look ! The salesman at the independent dealer from the beginning was pressuring me to buy the car, saying there was another dealership that was going to buy the car if I didn’t. In fact, one of the employees yelled out to the salesman helping me that the car was already sold. Then the owner came over and said there were several people waiting in line to purchase the car. These are just a couple examples of my experience. As I was leaving the store the salesman said he wasn’t trying to play hardball but encouraged me to put $500 down to save the car. The next day they reached out to me to buy the car as it obviously wasn’t sold. Vincent at Baxter was exactly the opposite and I really appreciated his approach. He was there to help me with the car I wanted and never once made me feel uncomfortable. Thank you Vincent for the best car buying experience ever!!!! More
I have been dealing with Baxter for over 10 years now and have not had any issues. I get my service done there as well and when i have had issues that were not normal, Mike Hare the service advisor that i wo have not had any issues. He has always treated me fair so i go back for all my service needs and also i buy all my Fords from Baxter. More
i purchased a ford f150 at Baxter Ford Papillion, everything was great, was givin trip permit, which expires today June 27th !! I received a phone call this Tuesday, was told the truck was in the sys everything was great, was givin trip permit, which expires today June 27th !! I received a phone call this Tuesday, was told the truck was in the system & that I could go ahead & register the truck! on my way to get the truck registered was told that the title for the truck was our of state, now, keep in mind my trip permit expires TODAY !! was told told a man from the corporate office would come down ( 3 hours away) to inspect my truck tomorrow!!!! this is Crap, it should have been done when the truck was traded, not wait three weeks after it was sold again ! will not, Will not go back to or recommend Baxter Ford !! I had an oil change and tire rotation done by Baxter Frod Papillion on 5/31. In the ticket, they stated that the one of the bolts for the inspection plate had been stripped out, I'm assuming by their impact Papillion on 5/31. They kept my cover while waiting for the bolts. I called last week and left a message to find out the status of that repair. Nobody bothered to call me back. Today, 6/18, I finally had enough and went to the dealer to get my property back. After wading through the 10 employees standing around, I got my part back. I will now cross them off my list of dealerships that I will deal with, purchase a vehicle from, or ever recommend. By the way, I will now go find my own bolts and fix it myself. I now remember why I drove to St Louis to get my vehicle, which was to deal with a good Ford dealership (Sunset). More

Dealership couldn't fix my new pickup and scammed me into a loaner. Hey won't work with me on getting me into what they promised. I was told and shown on the invoice that the tires were rotated. They were not, or at least not correctly. There was excessive wear on the front tires, with complete wear on the inside of each front tire rotated. They were not, or at least not correctly. There was excessive wear on the front tires, with complete wear on the inside of each front tire. The rear tires had even wear. I had to take the F150 to a tire center a couple of weeks later because it did not seem to drive well. The evidence is overwhelming, and the opinion of the tire store is that the tires were not rotated. I have lost trust in the dealership. More
