I responded to a rebate offer that was sent to us in the mail. I called the dealership and made and appointment to see what was possible. We traded our 2010 Kia Forte sedan for the new Kia Forte hatch b mail. I called the dealership and made and appointment to see what was possible. We traded our 2010 Kia Forte sedan for the new Kia Forte hatch back that came out in 2011. Bacari met us promptly at the door ready to do business. He was very pleasant and outgoing to do business with and very professional at the same time. We sent him back four times to get a better deal for us and thanks to his diligence we were able to get the payment we are comfortable with. In the end it cost us very little more to get the 2011 vehicle. Everything went very smooth as we were prepared and Bacari was well prepared to do business. We picked up the car a few days later, after being provided with a loner, the new car exceeded our expectations. He had negotiated several little extras that we did not expect. He is kind, hard working, knows his trade, honest, and a joy to work with. His promises are kept; his advice is good. I would recommend anyone to Shwan but not to the othere people. So far, I have had good work done on my car with one exception. Two visits ago the mechanic left "greese" on my drivers seat. Luckily, I was able to get it out. I am very happy with my Kia and based on two years driving now, I would buy another one with my 72 month contract is up.
