I can't say enough good things about the experience with Rick Holloway at Battleground Kia. Rick was respectful was there when we needed him. The only thing that keeps me from giving the dealership a 5 on overall experience was that we had to wait 1.5 hours to sign the finance paperwork. Some of that was to be expected as we purchased the vehicle on the last day of the month but even with that it was a long time to just sit and wait. I highly recommend Battlegroung Kia and Rick Holloway. More

I was well pleased with the help that I needed. I was having major problems with my motor and couldnt figure out what was going on, so we took it to Battleground Kia and we at first was not sure they fix having major problems with my motor and couldnt figure out what was going on, so we took it to Battleground Kia and we at first was not sure they fixed it thoughtfully and I had it 4 days and it started the same problem.. I called back talked to Robbie and he took me vehicle and kept it until problem is hopefully resolved. But running good so far. He was very nice and very helpful and assured me that it was going to be right when I got my vehicle back. Thanks so much for the support and for assuring me when I was getting frustated. I have a hard time believing that everyone leaves so happy from the reviews. Maybe I should have worked with Brandon. In any case, I worked with the internet sales department and was told I would get a happy from the reviews. Maybe I should have worked with Brandon. In any case, I worked with the internet sales department and was told I would get a certain price for their car and an 'x' amount for my trade. I confirmed this more than 5 times while talking with the Internet sales and wanted to make sure a manager's approval for the deal had been done before we drove from 45 minutes away! I was told yes I was guaranteed this and told to come in and sign the papers. However, when we got there the specific color car we were assured they had was not available. And the amount for our trade was thousands below what was offered initially. Wasted valuable time and gas! I cannot comment on the floor sales people, but I would NOT recommend working with the internet department! A simple "no we can't make this deal" would have been sufficient, but instead they wasted our valuable time to sell a car on their lot! More

This was my first car purchase with just my name on the bill, and me making the choices, and a brand new car at that (22 miles on the car). Rick took time to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase, made sure that I knew what I was getting into, and even gave me some advice about the financing that I've heard several other people since confirm (get the 72 month loan, and add a "second" payment marked to go to the principle to pay it off faster, but keep the flexibility of the lower monthly payment). They really seemed more like they were interested in building a relationship, than just selling a car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking for a Kia, and would highly recommend the Kia over many of the other vehicles out there. More
