Brandon was helpful in finding the right car for us. We came in looking for a van, but he showed us the SUV that fit us better. Once the car made it to service, Shawn was exceptional with getting us all that we needed. I went to Battleground Kia on a Sunday just looking not intending to really buy anything I already had a 2011 Kia Sorento and had been really pleased with it. When I got there to my surprise they were open intending to really buy anything I already had a 2011 Kia Sorento and had been really pleased with it. When I got there to my surprise they were open doing business. After looking around a little while I met up with Rick and we got to talking to him about the 2012 Kia Sorentos. He offered me a test drive and from then I was really hooked on buying a new one. After a little dickering with Rick and Chris we left. On the way home we were doing some figuring and had decided to call our salesman at Kia of Raleigh to see what they could do on the same vehicle. On Monday Rick called back first and offered me a little better price and when I told him what I needed he went to check with Chris to see what they could do. When he called me back the sale was made. I picked my car up on Halloween night and was in and out of there in less than an hour. These guys are really great to work with. After having the car for less than 24 hours there was a problem with the rear axle and we took it back and they got me a rental car until they could get the car fixed. I have had several people to call from Kia as my car was being repaired to apoligize for the inconvenience and have not had one person to be ugly they have all been really nice, I would reccommend Kia of Battleground Rick and Chris to anyone.
