Josh was more than helpful,but not pushy. I was showed all that was on the lot that fit my Price range. I was not able to purchase that day,but was given a call later. This is my second time buying a car from Battleground Kia. My first car was a used 2008 Kia Optima and although I have had no problems with the Optima I wanted a car with a full warranty. Bacari Sims took the time to listen to my needs as well as my concerns and matched me up with the perfect car. I am now the proud owner of a 2012 Kia Rio EX that is fully equipped and even has some "bells and whistles" I didn't think I could afford! Even after the sale was complete, Bacari helped me set up the UVO System so it would recognize my voice. He also took the time to synchronize my cellphone with the Bluetooth so I can make hands free calls just by pushing one button on the steering wheel. If you are in the market for a new car I would definitely recommend Bacari Sims and Battleground Kia. More

THEY EVEN HELPED ME WITH FILLING OUT THE PRE-QUAL INFORMATION. I AM LOCATED 2 1/2 HOURS AWAY AND I (BEING A SINGLE MOM) WOULD BE TRAVELING WITH TWO SMALL CHILDREN.I TOLD THEM THAT I COULD NOT MAKE THE TRIP IF MY FINANCING WASN'T GOING TO GO THROUGH BECAUSE MY CURRENT VEHICLE ONLY GOT 14 MILES TO THE GALLON. I WAS INTERESTED IN A PARTICULAR VEHICLE. I ASKED IF THE VEHICLE WAS STILL AVAILABLE, I WAS ASSURED IT WAS. I HAD PLANS IN THE MORNING AND TOLD THEM I WOULD LEAVE IN THE EARLY AFTERNOON...I CALLED AGAIN TO BE ASSURED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS STILL THERE. THEY ONCE AGAIN ASSURED ME IT WAS THERE AND TOLD ME MY FINANCING WAS GOOD AND TO LET THEM KNOW WHEN I WOULD BE COMING. I CALLED BEFORE I LEFT TO BE ONCE AGAIN, I WAS REASSURED THEY STILL HAD MY VEHICE. THEY ACTUALLY TOLD ME THEY WERE STANDING THERE WITH THERE HAND ON IT. WHEN I WAS WITHIN 10-15 MILES AWAY, MILAKEA HAD TO GUIDE ME BY PHONE HOW TO GET THERE. SO WHEN I GOT THERE, 3 VERY FRIENDLY SALESPEOPLE WERE THERE TO GREET ME AND MY BOYS. THEY TOOK US INTO THE DEALERSHIP AND I ASKED TO SEE THE CAR AND THEY SAID WELL ACTUALLY WE DON'T HAVE THAT CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEED I SAY ANYMORE???? BUT WE HAVE A TOTALLY DIFFERENT MAKE AND MODEL YOU MAY BE INTERESTED IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS WAS ALMOST A WEEK AGO.....THE CAR I WANTED IS STILL BEING ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE RIP-OFFS!!! Three words: bait and switch. They post "internet prices", but the actual price is much higher. I tried to get info. before going in about what rebates I qualified for, but they would not give me pr prices", but the actual price is much higher. When I went to the dealership, the price was higher than I expected (even with my rebates) and the monthly was very high. They were condescending, and lowballed me on my trade (an 09 Traverse w/ very low mileage). When I mentioned that another dealership had made me a better offer, they essentially said that that dealership was lying to me. I think that it is wrong to make these remarks about other dealers--just say that you are not willing to meet their price. I would not go back under any circumstance. More
Went to Battleground Kia looking at a 1999 Acura TL that was within my price range. After going over things with Andre and Rick I came to find that I could actually get into a newer car, with much less mile was within my price range. After going over things with Andre and Rick I came to find that I could actually get into a newer car, with much less miles and keep my payment around the same for the older car. What can I say, it's refreshing to get the customer service that you do when you walk through the door. Ended up buying a used 2007 Kia Spectra and I am very pleased with the purchase, not to mention the gas mileage I am getting now! Thanks again guys! More
My experience at Battleground Kia was phenomenal! The customer service was excellent and the hospitality was even better.
