Ariel was so nice and helped me to really understand the process. She worked with a smile on her face. She cared about my needs. Because I am not very computer savvy. So my son looked for the car online. When he found what I wanted, He contacted Ariel. She was able to start the paper work with me over the phone. I was not able to meet with her until that Saturday. When I arrived She was able to go over the paper work with me. I was suppose to meet with her at 9 o"clock that morning. I was running late.
