I am 60 years I was able to work with Ariel at the KIA dealership o Battleground, Greensboro, N. C.. This was the first time I had purchased a car. I am 60 years old. Ariel was so nice and helped me to really understand the process. She worked with a smile on her face. She cared about my needs. Because I am not very computer savvy. So my son looked for the car online. When he found what I wanted, He contacted Ariel. She was able to start the paper work with me over the phone. I was not able to meet with her until that Saturday. When I arrived She was able to go over the paper work with me. I was suppose to meet with her at 9 o"clock that morning. I was running late. She was concerned enough to call and make sure everything was alright. Ariel is a great asset to KIA. If you are going to get a car from KIA and want an outstanding experience work with Ariel. More

He answered all my questions thoroughly, and his supporting employees were just as helpful and courteous even though I wasn't buying the car from them. Everyone there was very friendly, and made it feel more like talking to friends rather than someon trying to push a sale down my throat. I would definitely recommend them for buying a new vehicle, and I will personally buy from them again. If you go ask for Christorpher Sullivan. He is an awesome salesman and overall pleasant person to do business with. More

Bait and Switch Advertising They have one new car listed on their website for each model (Soul, Rio, etc...) with an outrageous discount and when you ask about them, they sold "l They have one new car listed on their website for each model (Soul, Rio, etc...) with an outrageous discount and when you ask about them, they sold "last night." The cars have been listed on their website for months and months and all of them conveniently sold "last night." When you ask if you can get the same discount on a car they have in stock, you can't because it was the "managers special." You're better off visiting a reputable dealer because if they are using bait and switch advertising, what else are they doing???? Buyer Beware!! More
Go Somewhere Else I bought my 2010 Kia Soul from this company in 2009. The saleS process was pretty good. The problems began, of course, after the sale. Problem #1 The handling of Product Recalls The tire pressure guage kept coming on. I took it back to the dealership twice. On the third time, they replaced the pressure sensor and charged me $90. Fast forward to 2015, the pressure sensors have been recalled due to faulty equipment. I get a notice in the mail and go to have them replaced- made the appointment WELL in advance. I get there and they don't have them. So I wasted my time and money for people who should be able to do their jobs but can't. I did not reschedule. Problem #2 They like to do things to your car without asking. The technician told me that I needed a new cabin air filter. I told him to show me. He did and I told him to put it back in - that it was fine and $80 for a new one is garbage. He had already installed a new one, had to open up the dash again. Only to find that he had not, in fact, installed a new one at all. Genius. Problem #3 The Buy Back Program I got the notice in the mail and made my appointment out of curiosity. The car had been rear ended so I expected a lesser buyback amount. They had me test drive (the salesperson spent most of the time on his phone) and sit around to wait on the Kelly Blue Book/Auto Trader quote to be sent to MY PHONE/EMAIL. Whatever the saleguy put in, the total buyback was $1200. They offered me $3000. I talked to the GM about it and he was a jerk. The mailer they sent said $20,000 (and the new models are only $18000). By the way, the replaced back end of my Kia is worth $4500. When I went home and entered the information, I got $6k. Problem #4 Customer Service They refused to take my name off of the listing for the mailers saying that they couldn't do it because they buy the list fromt the DMV. So? You can't take my name out of your list. They could for the store but not the mailer. What kind of sense does that make when the mailer COMES FROM THE STORE. Fast forward a week and the service manager is calling me to tell me that I missed several service appointments and would I like to come in and get my recall fixed. &*(*&$% These people suck. Their service is atrocious. Their treatment of women is terrible. I know what my car is worth. And I can recognize when my time is being wasted. SO, in closing, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL MOST LIKELY REGRET IT. Almost forgot to mention, I asked for the Corporate number. The person said she looked but couldn't find it. Really. More

Next were negotiations. I spelled out what I was willing to pay for vehicle. Initialed paper on my price and in a few minutes sales associate came back with an ok. No haggling, no back and forth just honest number crunching. Next was credit department. Approval within 10 minutes. Excellent rate. No games, no slight of hand nothing. Very impressed. Drove home with my new car. Very happy. Excellent dealership to do business with. HONEST. More

Manipulative practices have them blurting scripts such as "Free oil change" which is manipulation to use their high price service or voids the condition longer term warrenty-- yeah you pay 1000 more than need be and after 10 years get some minimal coverage (they probably dodge the crum bs covered) More

These sales associate who guided me & helped me with my truck purchase at the store was named (Bradford). Definitely enjoyed working with him because of his excellent personality and enthusiasm for the truck I was wanting, his focus on what I was wanting in particular, & most importantly his ability to establish rapport easily and put people “at ease” in their presence. My experience with Bradford & the team at Battleground Kia in Greensboro was great and I would highly recommend anybody to get there for their next vehicle purchase! Brent More
