Had an appointment at 7:45a to have my AC looked at because it stopped working. Got there on time. It was told that the technicians would be starting at 8a and then I could wait in the lobby. The person assisting me came to about 30 mins later to tell me that anything they find that may have been caused by something other than a faulty part or mechanical issue is my responsibility and that my warranty won’t cover it. I say okay…2 hours later she comes back and tells me exactly what I didn’t wanna hear. That there was a possibility of road debris, causing a hole in my air condenser and asked me if I wanted to see it. I said yes, of course. I go where my car is and I see the air condenser exposed as she points to an area of the air condenser with blue dye and tells me that’s where the leak is and that is the problem. Me looking at the condenser I don’t see anything physically damaged, just a leak, but according to her a tiny rock “possibly” put a hole in it, which is causing it to leak. I was told I had to pay for it out-of-pocket or get my insurance involved. $1700to be exact. I received what was said and gave my insurance a call when I left. I got an appointment with the collision center. They took a look at it and told me the same thing that I said. There was nothing physically damaged and that the part was faulty. My insurance was made aware and said that they would not cover that because that should fall under my warranty. I have tried calling Battleground Kia for the past few days. I keep speaking to someone who text my information and tells me that someone will call me back shortly, but I have yet to hear from anyone. This situation is not okay and I should not be coming out of my pocket for this if it is a faulty part. It seems as though claiming that a “tiny rock” cause this is a common reason used by Kia to avoid having to replace this! and if it was a tiny rock, then it should be replaced by Kia anyway due to the poor making of the grills to these vehicles, allowing this to happen. From scheduling to execution, my experience could not have been better. I was easily able to make, and then ultimately reschedule my appointment when a conflict in scheduling arose. I received text and email updates before, during and after the service. The service pros were professional, kind and worked quickly to change my oil and do a full inspection. There were suggested additional services, such as changing the AC cabin filter, which I chose to do, but did not feel pressured to. Overall, servicing my vehicle with Battleground Kia was pleasant, professional and I look forward to having my vehicle taken care of there again. More

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We have had nothing but problems with ou Kia. They messed up the original warranty and then sold us a warranty for a lease vehicle. I was quoted $530 to replace the cabin air filter and remove an acorn that was causing a noise whenever I turned on the AC. There was nothing else wrong with the AC system besides the acorn stuck in the remove an acorn that was causing a noise whenever I turned on the AC. There was nothing else wrong with the AC system besides the acorn stuck in the blower motor. I felt the price was extremely unreasonable, especially considering the issue was so minor. I ended up taking my car to another mechanic, who replaced the cabin air filter and removed the acorn for only $100. More
