At over 60 I have bought a few cars and always hated the experience (and I was a salesman!). Mike de Noble our salesman was courteous, pleasant and very knowledgeable. He spoke to my wife (who would drive the car instead of focusing on me). (I was paying but she was the decision maker). Business manager and general manager were nice and worked with us without beating us up or belittling our requests). Even the Finance mgr was pleasant without too much selling or pressure. Can't say enough good things about the dealership. If you want a courteous,informed salesman Mike de Nobel is your salesman and if you want a low pressure buying experience Battlefield Toyota is your dealer. I was a first time car buyer who went to buy a corolla .I already conveyed to the salesman that I got my loan approved from the bank. The salesman made me sign a ream of papers as formalities in which he slipped a credit application and a credit score disclosure. I only realized this when I checked my credit history later. when I emailed to the firm asking the reason , the manager called me and barked at me . More

Kenny Slaustas Sets the Standard! I've purchased dozens of vehicles and my experience with Battlefield, Kenny in particular, was one of my best purchase experiences ever. After se I've purchased dozens of vehicles and my experience with Battlefield, Kenny in particular, was one of my best purchase experiences ever. After searching for a few weeks in person and online for a SUV (2nd car/toy), I found what I was looking for incline at Battlefield. I sent an email through Autotrader to the dealership expressing my interest in a Durango they had in stock. I quickly received a response from Kenny. We set up a time for me to come and look at the vehicle. When I arrived at the designated time, the Durango was already out front and waiting. Kenny guided us through a mix of straight, windy, and scenic roads for the test drive. After returning to the dealership, he quickly completed the paperwork with an agreed upon additional price reduction and the Finance Manager, Luke Lukachick, professionally completed the sale. We sat in massage chairs drinking coffee and watching TV while they completed the final cleanup and tagging of the vehicle. 5-Stars all the way around!!! Bobby W. More

Great Experience I stopped in after reviewing inventory online and finding something that suited me. However, upon arrival Ronnie Harper was quick to pull up the truck I was looking for so I could check it out. He was very personable and I felt zero pressure about moving forward. In the end I got a great deal and great service, it was well worth the drive down. I would recommend Battlefield Toyota to anyone, and when you go, be sure to ask for Mr. Harper! More
