This was my second visit to Battlefield Ford since moving to this area last August. On both occasions Michelle Mederos was the Service Advisor who helped. She is a very conscious and courteous service advis to this area last August. On both occasions Michelle Mederos was the Service Advisor who helped. She is a very conscious and courteous service advisor. My recall was handled promptly and Michelle showed me a printout showing that my right front wheel was slightly out of alignment and they would be happy due realign it for half price since the rear wheels were alignment was part of the recall saving me $45.00. All in all a very satisfying experience. More
