Service and Potential Purchase Service team is great! Sales floor not so much. I brought my Explorer in for service and that experience was a 10/10 I am looking to sell my Exp Service team is great! Sales floor not so much. I brought my Explorer in for service and that experience was a 10/10 I am looking to sell my Explorer and move to a new car so I went to the sales floor during my visit. While waiting I overheard to sales associates discussing how the customer whom was just on the phone was too cheap. At one point a manager tried to coral by yelling across the floor. I am a professional and have to negotiate and handle complicated topics daily. It is obvious to me that the sales Managers do not understand the sophisticated walk of salesmanship. They simple provide a number and when you can walk the line of why that number seems off they don't try to negotiate toward the sale. Even worse I have had the experience where I have shared why I thought a number was unfair and I was given attitude that I was not grateful. Due to these two visits to the sales floor I will no longer do business with Ford. More

A good experience I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and they took my car in for the service right away.
