I was traveling from MD to Lynchburg this past Saturday when I’m so grateful for exceptional customer service experienced from the service department! I was traveling from MD to Lynchburg this past Saturday when the undertow started dragging under my car. I pulled over, AAA came and towed me to this dealership about 15 minutes prior to their closing time. They could have just said sorry to bad but when I explained my situation they said “let’s see what we can do, why don’t you have a seat in our massage chairs while you wait”. They had me back on the road within 30 minutes. My trip was saved and my customer service experience was amazing. I’ll always be a Ford/Lincoln girl!
