I called Battlefield inquiring about a new truck i seen online i was connected to one of the sales managers , i ask him what would be his best deal, and he said if you come and drive it , we would work on online i was connected to one of the sales managers , i ask him what would be his best deal, and he said if you come and drive it , we would work on a better deal, i told him i lived 6 hrs away , this was on a Saturday he said he was open on Sunday so i told him i would drive down, he told me to see Josh on that day because he wouldn't be there and Josh was the manager on that Sunday, so anyway, Me my wife and my 5 year old son made the trip there, when we pulled up Cheryl walked up to us and asked if she could help up I told her we needed to see Josh she said ok and proceeded in the building then a few minutes later drove the truck around to where we were parked, she said Josh was busy, so we test drove it and after getting back Josh still did not come out , i didn't notice any other customers there at all, so she sat us at her desk and and the price went higher than the advertised price online, after adding dealer fees destination fees and ,what ever other fees that had. so anyway we left and a couple weeks later she called me asking me to order a truck from her , i basically said i would order it local if i was going to do that because Josh wouldn't even come out after my family and i made a 12 hour round trip, So then she said in a rude manner ( well that truck is no longer in our arsenal ) i said ok then we hung up , a few days later i seen it on there website for a $1000 less , i called again and spoke to Chris Ballard he said it was still there, and that they must have backed out , so we came to a deal on the phone after confirming it with another manager near him , he asked him them said to me on the phone that we had a deal if i would finance it through Ford Credit , I agreed to it, we set the pick up date about 5 days later for 12-23-2019 because he said there was 2 recalls that needed to be finished b4 i took delivery , so i said i would pay a deposit with a credit card and he said there was no need for that he WOULD NOT sell it , that it would be there and the recalls would be compleat for me to take delivery of it, so i rented a hotel & a car 12-21-19 so my 5 year old and wife wouldn't be so tired doing all this in one day, on 12-22-2019 i went to enterprise to pick up the rental car that i had reserved as i was pulling in Cheryl called and said that the truck has been Sold and that they don't save them. UNBELIVEABLE!!! More

It is work the drive! I am retired and I drive from King George each time it needs to be serviced as the team at Battlefield are always professional, friendly, and caring. The wait time is short which makes the drive worth it.... I did have the pleasure of meeting Joshua, Used vehicle manager, on my last visit- when I called 2.5 years ago he is the kind person who talked to me about buying a truck and he referred me to Cody, who sold me my F150. The professionalism and genuine interest in meeting my needs and budget make the decision easy. Certainly the two of them help make the team stronger. The service department has always been nice from scheduling an appointment to servicing my vehicle.
