Great People and Great Service I greatly appreciate all the people in the service department. I have all my vehicles serviced and inspected at Battlefield Ford. Everyone I encount I greatly appreciate all the people in the service department. I have all my vehicles serviced and inspected at Battlefield Ford. Everyone I encounter is helpful and courteous. Clayton and Brendon have been especially helpful over the years. I am confident in the quality and necessity of the work done on my vehicles. When something is amiss or a condition is noted that could deteriorate soon, the service department informs me of my options and estimated costs without strong arming me into getting repairs done now. This has not been my experience at other dealers in the past. Thank you very much. Note to the ladies of Battlefield: Thank you for the clean and well appointed restrooms. More

Outstanding and trustworthy service, your service department could have easily got me for a 2k plus transmission repair, but recommended a transmission flush and service to see if it would remedy the department could have easily got me for a 2k plus transmission repair, but recommended a transmission flush and service to see if it would remedy the problem, to my surprise they called me and said they were sure the problem was resolved.
