Service and New Truck Purchase I knew I would be in the market for a new F 150 and looked into 2 local dealers. I had to have some minor service done on my 2004 F 150 and it was a very good experience at Battlefield Ford. My service rep Logan was very polite and helpful. My truck was done earlier than expected. I started shopping at Battlefield and another local Ford dealer. I was able to get straight forward pricing which I initiated online. I ended up dealing with several people at Battlefield during the buying process, I dealt with Dylan and then Tony in person and Justin online. Each of them was very helpful and knew what was going on with the sale. Tony delivered the truck to me and went over the features on the truck with me. Overall, it was a pleasant, no hassle transaction. Although, I was actually thinking in the beginning I would buy at the other dealer, it became too hard and am glad I ended up at Battlefield which is very close to my house. More

From the moment I called and was connected to the service department (Logan) was super helpful! He didn't make fun of my ridiculous descriptive explanation of what I thought was going on with my vehicle inst department (Logan) was super helpful! Logan was very forthcoming about the details and costs associated with fixing my vehicle and provided me a few options to make it work out. I also appreciate the technicians who did the physical labor as well! They are unsung heroes behind the scene of the service desk itself. Even when I walked in to pick up my vehicle, lQQking like a piece of burnt toast from coming off the lake and my 1st fishing experience. Logan was delightful and told me a short personal story about teaching his son to fish recently too. So, yeah... Other than me not wanting to drop 1K on fixing my vehicle... Which certainly is no reflection on your dealership, I had a fabulous experience from start to finish! Speaking of finishing the cashier that rang me out was also super nice and let me snag a couple of pens and air fresheners for all my vehicles... lol.
