Battlefield apologizes that we had sold a vehicle you were looking at. Most automobile business's policies, are to not hold vehicles because of the shear expense of holding vehicles for customers that are subject to change their mind once coming to the dealership. The last week of the month is the busiest time to sell vehicles. As you could had arrived when expected, and then decided not to buy the vehicle, and that is apart of our business that we have to choose to deal with, being we would have had to turn down the customer prior to your arrival. Luckily for you, you have the ability to go online and see cars all over, we have contacts from every state of the country looking at our inventory and many times no transaction is made. Finally, you being upset is discouraging to us, if you choose to give us a second chance we are here. Take care, stay safe.
