Consistent with great customer service. Logan made sure the things that are covered by our warranty were applied correctly. Not sure if it was an oversight, but it would have been nice if the donut would h the things that are covered by our warranty were applied correctly. Logan Lamb was great to work with; kept me informed, explained everything that was done. As I had a wheel bearing replaced he called my warranty company and did all the work to get the service covered, explained everything that was done. As I had a wheel bearing replaced he called my warranty company and did all the work to get the service covered, I did not have to do anything except to enjoy the service lounge. Brian Johnson completed all the work, the inspection and made recommendations for future service needs. I would not take my car any where else, for over 3 years Battlefield has always earned a 5 star rating from my experiences with the service department. More

Jose. mechanic. did a great job of trying fix our 2017 Edge. However, the motor failed at 97,000 miles. Then, we purchased 2018 Edge and hope it lasts longer.
