The people are nice, the waiting room has comfortable seating, complimentary drinks and food items are provided.. I don't live close by, so I wait while repairs are made. If it's a longer repair, they come out and keep me updated. I have many service providers closer to home, but I go to Battlefield Ford Culpeper because I trust what they tell me, they have always done good work, and the people are friendly and nice to deal with.
