It was the quickest most seamless auto transaction I’ve experienced. I recently had one of the best overall vehicle purchasing experiences of all time at Battlefield Chevrolet. At 10 pm on 16 August 2020, I decided to send a request for additional information to the dealers experiences of all time at Battlefield Chevrolet. At 10 pm on 16 August 2020, I decided to send a request for additional information to the dealership. By the next morning, I got a call from Mike the sales manager. I let him know I was looking to make a deal on a nice looking 2020 Camaro 1LT Convertible and wanted to broker a trade of vehicles. However, I didn't plan on driving 69 miles to Culpeper, Virginia, and spend hours at the dealership just to disagree on numbers and drive back 69 miles. So any deal we make got to be sight unseen until we can tentatively agree on some numbers. I sent him pics of the VIN, odometer, exterior, and interior of my car, and by 11:45 am I had a deal in principle that was in my wheelhouse making Battlefield Chevy the winner of my then 2019 Corvette Stingray with 6800k miles. Once I arrived at the dealership the entire process to drive off in my new Camaro took 1hr and 15 minutes thanks to Ralph. The GM, sales manager, sales rep, sales manager, and finance were on top of their game and in sync from the initial response to my request until I drove off. My new car was clean, polished, fueled, and sitting out front ready to go like I was royalty. They even gave me a heads up where the local PD's speed trap was located just in case I decided to open it up a bit. The dealership was clean, personnel professional, and welcoming. I almost didn't want to leave! Now I wish I had ordered my C8 Corvette from Battlefield Chevy because they earned my business and I will gladly purchase another car from them in the future and definitely would recommend them to anyone in the country that looks for some of the same things I look for when purchasing a car; A feeling that my business is important, transparency, timely interactions, and transactions, ensuring the customer has a say in their purchase experience at the dealership and online. Another reason I like Battlefield Chevy is they are training and mentoring their future sales reps in their business processes in real-time by let them see the interactions with customers. Good dealerships sell cars, Great dealerships attract excellent leaders, and excellent leaders, develop outstanding sales reps that influence a community. Outstanding sales reps, never have to sell a car. Thanks to Carol, Mike, Ralph, Jessica, and the Battlefield team for a GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE! More

First, though they would not honor their own website advertised price and their own website's trade in offer (I understand the game of luring in), but to have to steal money from you after you have signed, is a new low. I have bought many many cars in my life, this was the single worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Give yourself piece of mind, go elsewhere. Avoid the horrendous deceptive manager Carol Edwards.
