21 August I was having a problem with my car stalling out. As an out of towner, I thought it best to find a Chevy dealer. Battlefield was the nearest. I was pleasantly greeted by Ashleigh (service adviso out. As an out of towner, I thought it best to find a Chevy dealer. Battlefield was the nearest. I was pleasantly greeted by Ashleigh (service advisor). Because I didn't have an appt, Ashleigh explained that it might be a quite a few hours before a tech would be available to diagnose the problem but she would do what she could to get me on my way. Less than 2 hours later the problem was found and an adjustment was made. Over 300 miles later and my car is running perfect. My wife and I were very appreciative of the effort she made to get our car serviced. Ashleigh is a credit to the the dealership AND the service dept. More

Making the appt. was easy, Ashleigh could not have been kinder or more attentive to my needs, and Thomas took care of business in a very timely and appropriate manner. If I could give no stars, I would! ! RUNNN!! I thought long and hard before posting this review. I have had nothing but the run around and bad service with this place. When I purchased ! RUNNN!! When I purchased my new 2021 chevy malibu it appeared everything was ok... but it was not! I rode around with bad tags for at least 6 months I believe because they messed up during the dmv title paperwork. Found they made an error and no one corrected it for months because the person was out of the office initially and it fell through the cracks! They finally called one day and did not leave a message. I got a letter from my finance company informing me something was off and to contact the dealership! I went there and was livid!! Ok... they finally fixed it. Then my family and I piled into our vehicle for an outing and the car would not start! My brand new car that I purchased with a whole 4 miles on it! I had it towed at my expense to the dealership for them only to tell us it was something with the programing that needed to be updated!!! On a new car!!! Then the straw that broke the camels back! I have 2 bent rims on my car for which are apparently put on defective that no one caught!! They tried to quote us for $1000.00 to replace! Are you kidding me! When we mentioned it is under the 37,000/3 yr. bumper to bumper warranty that came with the car, they advised that they had to speak to the manager to get approval! This conversation happened at least 2x. The car has never been in an accident and it is no way under normal driving conditions that 2 RIMS are bent! (Defective product!) No one followed up, no one stepped up, no one took accountability, and they did not honor the warranty! I tried and tried to keep giving them my service... but nope at this point you are not even operating as an honorable establishment. How is it that this is still even an issue when this was under warranty and it is no way 2 rims are bent with normal driving?? I am dreading even going for my so called "Free inspection" that you get when you purchase from them. Ughh... I should not have to beg for correct service. You already inspected the rims and new they were defective which is why your service rep said that you would speak to the manager for approval. Its been months now... I am just disappointed and do not recommend dealing with them at all! Service has been horrible from the sales and service department. Waste your time and service somewhere else... another establishment who honors warranties and is proud to service they're customers! Its called RETENTION! The goal is to have customers who want to come back because they are treated well! Not ignored! More

I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted and my salesman Mikael Miller spent more time than most to answer my questions. This was the second truck I purchased from battlefield Chevrolet and Mikael salesman Mikael Miller spent more time than most to answer my questions. This was the second truck I purchased from battlefield Chevrolet and Mikael was my salesman both times. Even though I was totally floored by the markup on vehicles I still purchased because Battlefield and Michael were able to deliver what I needed at this particular time. My hat is off to Mr. Miller for taking the time because I’m not an easy person to sell something to and his boss should reward him for be able to sell to the more difficult buyer. More
