She had a specific model she was interested in and they tried to convince her to pick a different trim. When they did finally show her the car she wanted to see they never disclosed the pricing they were trying to work on with her. Turns out they were trying to charge $2k over MSRP for a base trim with no additional dealer options installed. Two days later she realized that she was missing her driver's license and didn't recall having it returned to her the second time they collected it. After calling the dealership the salesman informed her that it wasn't still in the copier so it must not be there. She then asked to speak to a manager to see if they would check the car she test drove. The front desk attempted to transfer her 4 times with no one answering. When someone did finally answer she identified herself as Natalie but stated that my girlfriend had the wrong number and that she was not affiliated with Battison. My girlfriend called back to the front desk to double check and was informed that Natalie was in fact an Asst. Manager but just didn't want to take the call. We were interested in making up to two new car purchases but it definitely will not be with this dealership. Additionally, we still haven't heard anything about her driver's license. In addendum I don't know for sure that Raequwon was the salesman that helped her as he did not provide a card but that's the name on the e-mails that I keep getting thanking me for the purchase we did not make. More

If you do purchase it, make sure that they give you paperwork at time of purchase and know what they say it covers (making sure it matches what they SAY) The salesman said that the vehicle was thoroughly inspected and had no major mechanical problems found and was told the warranty covered things that it does NOT and didn't receive papers until following week. Now have inspection report and NOTHING was inspected that they claimed was thoroughly inspected! The last supervisor I talked to actually told me that it was MY FAULT for BELIEVING the original salesman! Within 24 hours of purchase, the Water Pump and the Thermostat Gasket went out, followed by the Differential. Made numerous attempts to get the car repaired or the "warranty" refunded and was only offered a prorated amount of the warranty when it has covered NOTHING. RUN from Battison Honda and actually go to a dealership that ACTUALLY inspects and Certifies their used vehicles! More

Horrible Horrible experience and service!!! Bought car on June 2nd using my own finance company and the accounting and finance department has yet to fax my purchase agreement to my bank...I have Bought car on June 2nd using my own finance company and the accounting and finance department has yet to fax my purchase agreement to my bank...I have read similar complaints on the Better Business Bureau regarding this very same type of complaint. My salesman was awesome but the finance and accounting department was by far the worst I have dealt with in my 48 years of life. I will never refer anyone to this crooked car dealership. All that is needed is a simple fax to USAA from the dealership. Today is June 28th and they have yet to update us on anything ..its not that hard to make a phone call. More

Lying con artists! Then during the first week she had to spend $400 on repairs on the car only to get a call 2 weeks after we bought it saying that she was never approved and that she had to come in and sign for 23% interest or they would come take the car!! The manager Jim was extremely rude when we talked to him and just continuously cut us off when we tried to explain that Terry the finance manager said the capital one approved her for 14.99%. They say they will not reimburse her for the $400 she had to spend on the car and that it will take 2 weeks to get her $2000 that she put down back! WE WERE TOLD THAT SHE WAS APPROVED and would have never spent $400 on a car that we d idnt think was hers! Not only that...we would have never drove it off the lot! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! More
