I've always been wary of car salesman, often with good reason, but you've helped to redefine the stereotype. I know that many of your team like Nathan, literally went the extra mile to push the deal on through. Mr. John thank you so much for answering all of my questions honestly, and making that process not as painful as it otherwise could have been. I'm happy with the purchased, and going to really enjoy riding in it. That's a pretty ideal situation when it comes to buying a new car, and it's all thanks to you. F250 Repair I had problems with my truck and took it to Bates. I talked with Paul in the service department and he was so helpful. There were some issues getting the parts needed to the dealership but it was not Bates fault. They stayed in contact with me to keep me up to date on what was going on. This dealership is not about a bunch of flashy stuff they get the job done. From parts to the service department. All the people were very nice and I was treated like I was the only customer around. Great job to Paul and the crew. More

Fixed one thing and kept finding more expensive damages. Go figure. Had to trade my truck in there and buy a new Was told they'd give me a military discount on the repair bill but when I went to pay they didn't take a dime off! Don't offer it if you won't honor it. Told me the price already includes the discount even though he gave me the numbers before I asked for the discount. Messed up the title transfer and registration paperwork ending up costing me hundreds of dollars at registration and wouldn't even attempt to make it right. Kept trying to talk their way out if it even hinting that it would be my fault that they put two names instead of just the requested one name on the title paperwork. They didn't even know you can't transfer a tag from a none weighted vehicle to a weighted one. Nobody cared about my complaint and it took days to even get a response. I left a 1 star review on Google as well and instead of reaching out to me via an email or a call they said I could call them if I wanted to. I'd rather walk home next time then buy anything there again. More
