Sean Lehutsky (our salesman) rudely augured with us about All-weather floor mats that were not in the vehicle but clearly listed under the dealerships notes of included items, Luckly I had printed out the full description to prove the oversight. After we left the dealership, my recently purchased vehicle was immediately serviced at my local Dodge dealership which took a week to correct problems.
