The worst dealership experience we have ever had, every aspect from the misinformation of what was included in vehicle, shaming us about not getting the extended warrantee, seller not making enough commiss aspect from the misinformation of what was included in vehicle, shaming us about not getting the extended warrantee, seller not making enough commission, vehicle itself needed mechanical work not completed by the dealership prior to the purchase. Sean Lehutsky (our salesman) rudely augured with us about All-weather floor mats that were not in the vehicle but clearly listed under the dealerships notes of included items, Luckly I had printed out the full description to prove the oversight. After we left the dealership, my recently purchased vehicle was immediately serviced at my local Dodge dealership which took a week to correct problems. NIGHTMARE from the moment we walked in the BATES FORD dealership until we left. More

Service department is lacking. Took in a vehicle for a noise in the front axel. They replaced the top end of engine. Obviously did not fix the issue.
