Oil change The courtesy/customer service is not as good as it use to be, we have been dealing with Bates for two ( we purchased a new explorer in 2017), everyone The courtesy/customer service is not as good as it use to be, we have been dealing with Bates for two ( we purchased a new explorer in 2017), everyone was always so nice, kind and and very Courtney in the service dept. ( Perhaps that's due to an employee change), we really don't like going there anymore and by the way we here the same things from other people discussion how Bates's customer service has declined More

Ford vs. Chevy I have been a Chevy gal for most of my life. But 16 years ago I married a ford lover, since then we have purchased two new Ford trucks from Bates.
