Today I was contacted by the sales manager at Basswood Dodge here in Ft. Payne, AL. He was great. He offered me an apology for the way I was treated and 100% made it right in my mind. He personally guaranteed me that no one's car would leave the service department of Basswood Dodge with greasy hand prints all over it. I have to say, I sure appreciate the folks at Basswood going out of their way today to provide superior customer service. I'd have no problem buying or servicing a vehicle there in the future. Thanks Basswood Dodge!! Stay away!!!!!!! I have a very nice 2022 Dodge Challenger. She's a beautiful car and I go to great lengths to keep it that way, to include monthly professional detailing and keeping her garaged. I went to Basswood Dodge in FT. Payne, AL for an oil change and tire rotation. When I paid and got my car I didn't notice the massive amounts of greasy hand prints all over it, but when I did I went back and talked to the service manager. He didn't care one bit. He asked me if I wanted it wiped off with a rag. Seriously. Zero customer service. I have no confidence that this place even serviced my vehicle correctly and definitely will not take her back. Common courtesy, gone. Civility, gone. Customer service, zero. My business and the business of folks I know, definitely gone. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Don't take your vehicle here, they're dishonest and uncaring. Definitely don't deserve your money. Stay away! More

I like the customer service, JJ and Josh was great, when purchasing a car. I haven't had a chance to enjoy my vehicle. I'm tired of making trips down there.
