Kris and Dave were great! I bought two cars in two months from bass mazda. Both times the salespeople were great. First, I bought a 2018 cx3 from Kris. He was very easy to work with, informed and very responsive to my questions before I came in to see the car. I was over the moon about the cx3. I had it only 10 days when I, sadly, got in an accident that totaled the car. So I found myself back to square one with the car hunt. Kris sent me information about another car, a 2018 cx5, I would like. He was never pushy, only helpful and followed up on all my questions. When I went in to look at the cx5 Kris wasn’t working so Dave helped me. Dave was great. There were some rock nicks on the hood that I was not happy with and Dave scheduled an appointment to have them fixed. we made the deal and as I was signing the financing papers dave cleaned up the car, filled the gas tank and next thing you know I was out the door (even made it to my afternoon meeting) with the 2018 cx5! On my way home I noticed the brakes were vibrating a bit. I called the next day and left a message. I heard back from Kris within the hour. He assured me they will check it out and fix any issues when I come back to get the nicks on the hood fixed. Buying a used car is stressful, let alone having to do it twice! Bass Mazda, Kris, and Dave made this whole thing as smooth as possible. They were direct, responsive and worked to make sure I was happy with the deals and the cars. I highly recommend! More
Not gonna be a lot of positives, so I'll start with this: Purchased a Mazda cx5 and love it. That being said, this is a horrible dealership. The salesmen, Andrew Hall, either does not know what he is doing or just does not care. After purchasing the vehicle (left me with 30 miles to E when I drove off the lot, and the interior of the car was still dirty) I noticed the oil change sticker was months overdue. I assumed they just didn't replace the sticker and Andrew said it was serviced before purchase. I asked for a service report/carfax because of this and because I did not get one before purchase of the vehicle (I should have thought to ask before purchasing the car, my fault). He told me he would be happy to help after the Christmas holiday. He never got back to me. I politely reminded him by email a few times over the course of the next few months and after still getting nothing, called him. Again, said he'd be happy to help than never did anything about it. I talked to the woman who transferred my plates over and she suggested calling his boss. Called twice and both times no one answered or called me back after I left a voicemail. So long story short, I love my new Mazda but suggest going to a dealership that will actually clean the car before purchase and return your calls after you've bought a car from them. Maybe put enough gas in the tank for me to drive home too. There are plenty of good deals at other mazda dealerships, and I'm sure they have salespeople who aren't terrible at their job. More
This is a horrible dealership when it comes to service. They take forever to fix something. They don’t call you with updates and when they do they are short and the guy has an attitude. Recently took my car in because The alternator went and it needed a maintenance check. It took them a total of four days to fix. Also they broke something while trying to take the alternator out. They expected us to pay for what they broke. And I’m sorry but if you break something we shouldn’t be expected to pay. Anyways picked my car up today and since picking up it is making a sound that it didn’t make before when you turn the heat/AC on. So we’re taking it back on Tuesday to see what it is. I know that they probably did something on purpose to get back at us for not paying. After Tuesday I definitely won’t be taking my car back to them. Save your time and your money and take your Mazda somewhere else More
If I could give zero stars, I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! My lease was up on my 2017 CX-5 Mazda (love the car, previously had a 2015 CX-5) so I leased a 2020 CX-5. I was told by sales guy THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! My lease was up on my 2017 CX-5 Mazda (love the car, previously had a 2015 CX-5) so I leased a 2020 CX-5. I was told by sales guy, Andrew Hall, that I would NOT owe on my over mileages , verbatim asked him twice and he said no, I do not owe anything on the car. Looked over my paperwork, and there is NO charge anywhere saying I would owe on over mirages. Come to find out, he DID charge me. I just moved to this area, I would have been better off driving an hour to the original Mazda Dealership I went to for my other 2 CX-5's, as they have waived the over mileages in the past for staying with Mazda (and stuck to their word). ON TOP OF THAT, I have called and left several messages and emails to Andrew, I received ONE call back (via voicemail) saying he does not remember, it was so long ago and there was nothing he could do. Has not responded to any emails or any messages I have left after that. I also called to speak to a manager and they REFUSED to let me speak to one. TERRIBLE customer service, TERRIBLE dealership. GO TO A DIFFERENT MAZDA DEALERSHIP unless you want to be out of thousands of dollars. More
Great service I went in for an oil change and tire rotation but forgot the coupon. They gave me the coupon price anyway. I leased my car there, and they gave me a fair analysis of the advantages of leasing versus buying the car. More
Great new car experience. My wife and I stopped at Bass Mazda yesterday just to get the latest info and projected delivery of the newly redesigned Mazda Miata ( Convertible ) a My wife and I stopped at Bass Mazda yesterday just to get the latest info and projected delivery of the newly redesigned Mazda Miata ( Convertible ) and were pleasantly surprised to discover that the very first one had just been delivered and was available for purchase. We had been considering purchasing one of the Miatas in the Spring when we figured availability would be more in our favor. Many thanks to our personable salesman, Bryant Beam, for his patience and perseverance in helping us through the trade in and financing with no hassle and very courteous and accommodating guidance. Bryant is a real credit to his occupation and to Mike Bass Mazda and we were very grateful to have drawn Bryant as our very knowledgeable sales person. I'd like to also thank him for his service to our country during his tour with the U.S. Marines in Afganistan. Thank you Bryant, it's great to realize that this country still has such dedicated and responsible young men (and women) that are willing to step up and help defend our freedoms. More

After calling at 330 we found out they never even looked at the vehicle - we asked about a rental car and was told they only had 3 for the whole dealership and none were available. knowing how far we live they were very inconsiderate .... Tried to reschedule for the following week they still had no rental cars .... We could get a appointment in 3 weeks- what a joke I should have known better ( it took 4 phone calls over 3 hours to schedule the first appointment the operator would transfer me to a voicemail that was never returned ) More
