Went in for routine maintenance and ended up having brake work done. They ended up having to keep my car overnight, which wasn't anticipated. But, Greg provided me a Lyft back home and then back to Basney work done. They ended up having to keep my car overnight, which wasn't anticipated. But, Greg provided me a Lyft back home and then back to Basney because they didn't have any cars I could use. To me that went above and beyond. The only thing is they found an oil leak and I just have that system overhauled in the Spring, so not sure why that leak is there now. And when I got my car back, there were some dirty handprints on the inside of my door which wasn't there before. They could have made sure my car was cleaned before letting me drive off the lot. Greg also also was able to get my radio working again. I had lost the code to reset the stereo system in the card and he reset it. It's working great now! More

Took my car in to fix a starting prob. Of course everything worked fine when I got it there. But they eventually discovered I needed a new starter. Big thanks to Matt, who took care of me.
