Exceptional Customer Service I have purchased 5 cars from Basney Honda and am working on another one soon. Their sales and service team is exceptional in all ways possible. In the sales area their people are very well versed in all aspects of the product they sell, there is no high pressure to close you the minute you walk in like most dealerships. And they are very fair when it comes to the pricing you get for your trade in or on the car your purchase. Their service department does a wonderful job of explaining whatever is wrong with your car (that is if there actually is something wrong), and they are always very quick to get you in and out as fast a possible. The service manager Bob Briney always contacts me with a personal follow up to make sure that everything has been handled correctly and with the upmost or professionalism. I would definitely give my recommendation to anyone who is either looking for a new or used car or is in need of service on their existing car. More

over recomendation of repairs not neccessary took for routine oil change and told needed $2,000 repairs on suspension. refused repairs and on next oil change told needed eval for engine leak ($1 took for routine oil change and told needed $2,000 repairs on suspension. refused repairs and on next oil change told needed eval for engine leak ($1000)and that now the suspension was not a problem despite never repairing. Obviously refused the eval of engine leak and now 10,000 miles later still not a problem. More

Wouldn't do warranty work Brought my pilot in for warranty work on failed compliance bushings on the control arms. They agreed that the compliance bushings were bad and needed to be replaced but because they weren't leaking or making noise they wouldn't replace them under warranty but would be happy to charge me $740 for them to change it. Even after talking to the service manager he never called back or did anything to rectify the situation. Steer clear of this dealership for any needs you may have. More
Salesman was actually down to Earth - Service however sucks Bought my car here. It was simple. Trying to get serviced though is impossible unless you want to wait 1-2 hours for an oil change minimum. Not the service expected of Honda Before the Thanksgiving break, I brought in my 2007 Honda Pilot with an issue on the passenger side seat buckle. It would not latch on properly and of Before the Thanksgiving break, I brought in my 2007 Honda Pilot with an issue on the passenger side seat buckle. It would not latch on properly and often would just pop out while cruising down the highway. Obviously a safety issue. The service guy sat in on the passenger seat to verify and confirm that it does not latch on and it does easily pop out. He stated since my Pilot also has a airbag recall, we'll set an appointment after Thanksgiving and have both of the issues (airbag and seat buckle) fixed. Came back November 28. After 1.5 hour wait, I was told the airbag has been replaced but they would need to order a seatbelt buckle, which I would need to come back for another appointment. What? Why wasn't it ordered when I first came? Ok, nevermind. Came back on December 9. Waited a little over 1.5 hour. I was called and told the Pilot is done. I went out and checked and did not see any change on the passenger seatbelt buckle. It still would not latch properly. I also noticed the driver seatbelt buckle was brand new. Yes....they changed the wrong one. I informed them and another appointment was set. Came back December 16. Waited more than 2 hours this time. I was called and told the Pilot is done. I kid you not, they did it again. They replaced the driver's side again and never bothered to check that the problem was the passenger side. They ended up giving me a loaner vehicle while they kept my Pilot to fix. Finally got to pick up my Pilot on December 20th with the passenger side belt buckle fixed. I gave 2 stars cause in my opinion, the problem I had was eventually fixed even if it took exactly a month later (someone told me this service deserved a 1 or zero star). I would gladly give 4 or 5 if they at least did something to make up for my lost time. More
