Extremely expensive Cost for the repairs was over priced, especially since one repair basically over lapped the other in as far as labor hours were concerned. 15K Mile Service Concerned that for a 1:00 appointment, my car sat where I parked in upon arrival until 1:45. Seems that could have been handled quicker to shorten my overall stay/wait. I also asked them to look at loose trim on left rear bumper that I had noticed about a week after purchase. Every time I pushed it in it would stay in place for 3-7 days and then pop out again. They said it appears that corner of bumper had been hit and the clips holding trim piece needed replacement. I explained this was a used car I had purchased in April (Honda Certified Preowned) and that to the best of my knowledge whatever happened had been prior to my purchasing the vehicle. Advisor checked with manager and said it was not covered. They offered to fix at my expense for ~$700, which I declined. Seems this was something that occurred prior to my purchase and was most likely missed during certification. We be discussion with sales person next visit. More

Dead battery Frustrating that I had to get my car towed back to the dealership when the day before I had the car in there because the battery was dead. Since the b Frustrating that I had to get my car towed back to the dealership when the day before I had the car in there because the battery was dead. Since the battery supposedly passed Honda’s test they could or would not change out the battery at that time. So Honda had to pay the extra for towing, I was inconvenienced a second time and the dealer gets a less than great rating. I suggest a better test for the battery because this test was not accurate. As to Honda I am disappointed in this vehicle. First I have an issue with gas in the oil, CRV with 1.5L and turbo , then I report an issue with the display that causes it to randomly start flashing and now at less than a 1 1/2 year old the battery is bad. The first and third issue have been corrected but still waiting on the fix for the display. So how do you think I should rate the Honda dealer? Mediocre at best. More
