Incredibly unprofessional I made a 7:30 appointment on a Friday morning to get my key duplicated, expecting it would take an hour tops. I was there for two and a half hours to I made a 7:30 appointment on a Friday morning to get my key duplicated, expecting it would take an hour tops. I was there for two and a half hours to get the duplicated key. The service member explained to me at the end that the Honda online key database was down and was very slow. That’s frustrating, but understandable. What was unacceptable is that it seemed as though a handful of employees were working very hard, and the rest were generally standing around. There was a waiting room full of people (some who had been there even longer than me), and we were treated to hearing over the intercom multiple times that there were two employees with birthdays that day. Not trying to be a fun killer, I understand having a little fun, but it came off as a complete disregard for the extended wait of your customers. Overall it seemed as though there were plenty of staff members, but few were really working. Naming Brian in this review because he seemed to be one of the few working. More
