Who has time to sit and wait on your vehicle, loaner cars/drop-off pick up shuttle should be offered if thats the case. We purchased honda over getting another toyota but I have to say the service department at Toyota is a step above. So much so that my wife says she will be switching back. I also purchased a maintenue program at time of purchase and was told it was my responsibility to tell someone that when they tried charging me for my service. Waited 1.5 hours fir an oil change/tire rotation. more Hassel than me going to drive and shine and paying $100 for the same 20min service without getting out of the vehicle. More

Stop bullxxxxing your customers If you don't have the parts or know when you will dont tell me 2 days then proceed to keep my car for a full week monday to monday. When I call and ask what's going on dont get upset that I'm asking what's going on because I need my car back. Then when you finally get the parts I get told my car will be done at 3pm. When I call I'm told the person. That was working on my car had decided to go home and it would likely be 7pm that it would be done now. This was the worst customer service I've ever had a shop. When I told your service manager matt I was unhappy and would never bring my car back he said that it wasn't his problem and hes sorry I feel that way. He didn't seem to care about customer satisfaction threw the entire process and would never give a straight answer on the timeline or if you guys had the parts. I'd fire him but that's just me.. More
