Some know me by name and many by face and they make you feel welcome and that you matter. I have gone in several times with little things I couldn't figure out with my navigation system and they have been patient and helpful. All of the work I have received has been great and I have never had to take it back a second time for something except for maintenance work. I haven't had any trouble making appointments and with the shuttle service they provide, I can always get my car done when needed. Austin Aufie, Service Adviser, who usually helps me always greets me with a smile and when I call he immediately remembers me and my car. It makes me feel like one of the family. The questions asked me if I read reviews and I do but I clicked no in this case because I know the Basney Dealership and have no need to look anywhere else. I have loved Hondas since the first time I drove one in the late 1980s and it is my prefered car. My only regret is that I was never able to own a Prelude. i More
