Had my car in for an inspection, no radiator fluid in bottle when we got home. Low air flow through dashboard vents when got home. Chris made it as painless as possible as I hate buying cars. He was awesome & very informative. Chips math explanation could have been simplified. Bob, Ron and Chip were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My experience buying my first new car since 2005 was stress free and I was able to buy a beautiful CRV Hybrid Sport touring.
