Seemed okay until my last servicing. I had a 3 o’clock appointment and was told it would take an hour and a half to complete. But after waiting an hour and a half I was told that my truc I had a 3 o’clock appointment and was told it would take an hour and a half to complete. But after waiting an hour and a half I was told that my truck hadn’t even been checked in yet for servicing. I planned my whole day around this appointment. I had no choice but to change up my plans. I figured that maybe they would give me a break on my bill. However, I was disappointed that they didn’t offer a discount. ☹️ I will try their service one more time. That servicing will most likely make or break if I’ll use them in the future whether servicing or purchase. More

The process of including a form to sign that restricts the purchaser to arbitration chosen by Basney, with the cost shared by the purchaser, took on the appearance of sleight-of-hand. When asked, Ron confirmed it's a voluntary process. And I'm sure many sign it with little understanding of what they just signed. I understand that nothing Basney or Ron is doing is "illegal". And I understand it's done for financial purposes. However, it does little to bolster the reputation of automobile dealerships. I vote for greater transparency on that particular form. More

In general everyone there is professional and treats customers well. I do question the validity of a 182 point inspection on a "certified used" vehicle considering I had to bring it back to have the tra customers well.
