No pressure car buying experience. I was looking for a CRV recently at Basney Honda in Mishawaka, IN and it was unlike any past experiences I've had looking for a vehicle. The selection I was looking for a CRV recently at Basney Honda in Mishawaka, IN and it was unlike any past experiences I've had looking for a vehicle. The selection was great and the showroom was outstanding. Most importantly was how the salesmen treated me from start to finish. His name was Greg Shepard and he actually listened to what I was looking for and brought up questions I never would have thought to ask. He showed me all the options available and made sure I understood what he demonstrating. If I wasn't totally sold on a CRV before my visit, Greg's professionalism and friendly demeanor took away any concerns I may have had. I will definitely come back to Basney Honda for my next car. Pleasant & Magical I worked with Bryan Smith from start to finish. I purchased my wife a new 2018 Honda Odyssey mini van. What set Bryan apart was that he SHOWED me features of the van that BENEFIT the needs of what I was looking for.
