Terrible customer service! I made an appointment for 7:30am on Thursday, 7/18. I was told that they would run a diagnostic and I would receive a call in an hour. Well, 4 hours w I made an appointment for 7:30am on Thursday, 7/18. I was told that they would run a diagnostic and I would receive a call in an hour. Well, 4 hours went by and no call! I call and they tell me that the person I was dealing with will have to call be back as there were no notes in the computer about my car! And this was 4 hours into the appointment! I did not get a call back...surprise! I call back and I am now told that the person who was suppose to call me back went to lunch! Again great customer service! They asked what I wanted and I told them a call back by noon. I recieved a call back at 11:45am with I will have to wait! The reason I made the first appointment was so I could get my car back at a decent time and knew what was wrong before my meeting at 1pm! Then when I call back during a break at my meeting I am told my car is ready and the air conditioner ran fine the entire time it ran at Honda! He told me the next time to bring it to Honda right away...sure...not like I dont work full time and take my son to soccer and have a family! Oh and by the time I get off work, you are closed! Great suggestion! Also, told me to keep an eye on my temperature gauge in car...already have been and it is fine! So, nothing wrong right...well 2 days later and guess what...NO AIR! I have had nothing but disappointment with Basney Honda! This is not my first poor customer service experience! I will NEVER buy another car from you again! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! More

Matt also helped me with the lane changing warning, he set it so it is always on, it kept shutting off for whatever reason, but he straightened it out for me!! Very Frustrating We made an appointment for the recall on our 2019 Honda CRV. We received a reminder email the day before. When we got to Basney we were told they didn’t have the part for the recall. We live in Michigan we have a 30 minute drive one way. Someone should have called us to tell us they did not have the part. Now we have to make another trip to have the recall fixed. This is not acceptable service. We have purchased 2 vehicles from Basney. I not sure I have the same loyalty to be a return customer. Besides buying 2 vehicles all my oil changes have been done by Basney.. Totally unacceptable! More
