Lak of customer service outside of the maintenance provided. The service advisor was new so not familiar with maintenance agreement so if left to him I was going toowe $295. I knew that was wrong. He was too buy to give me much time. Begrudgingly said he had to go to the files upstairs to check my agreement. I asked can't you just look it up on your computer?Said he was doing end of the month stuff. Not my problem. This is my 10th leased Honda in 28 years! Fortunately Matt Mulstay saved the day and looked on his computer in 30 sec and found my agreement and said $ 0.00 due! Also I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for a ride to work! The valet driver made 3 stops for some women he took home. Since when is the valet service a taxi cab!? Have to say in all my years at Honda I have never felt so unappreciated for my service. Just another customer, who may need to pay for her service when it is included in my lease and waited for 80 minutes for a ride to Notre Dame which is 3 miles away! So when my car lease is up in 18 months, hmmm? wonder if I will stick with Basney. Too many new folks who don't care about customer service. As for the car's service it was done correctly and seems I had all green marks so guess I am doing my job in taking care of a car I do not own! More

Sold A Lemon Basney Refused To Service Despite Warranty I bought a CRV in Dec 2018. It malfunctioned on the way home the Friday night we picked it up. I caled immediately and told Bryan in sales. The car wa I bought a CRV in Dec 2018. It malfunctioned on the way home the Friday night we picked it up. I caled immediately and told Bryan in sales. The car was service the following week. Two days after we pick it up, they call and say there is a recall service required. It was again in the shop several days. After that service we picked up the car. A few weeks later, it had multiple malfunctions again. I told Bryan I wanted to return the car. He refused. The car was again serviced. They had it for 2 weeks. It came home again only to malfunction AGAIN. I again said I wanted to return the car. Bryan refused to help. It was serviced again. This time they had the car 6 weeks. It came home and again malfunctioned. It was serviced again two weeks ago. It still has loud vibrations coming from under the hood that vibrate the steering wheel, and floorboard and hood. There is also a high pitched whirling noise. There is a gas smell in the cabin. There is a rubber/oil smell coming from under the hood. The passenger seat belt does not always retract. I called Matt in Service over a week ago to again get the car serviced. He chose to not return my call. I called last Friday and spoke to service who promised to meet with Bryan and the service manager to make it right. The person never called. I just called and spoke to the Service Manager. He was unapologetic and did not attempt to schedule service or to make a plan to make it right. Honda USA said the car is fixable and that the dealer's failure to return my calls meant they did not want me as customer and to find another dealer. Beware of Basney Honda! More
Poor maintenance service After service was performed the check engine and check oil lights were on. They were not on before service. All work requested was not done. I spent over $1200 and was without the car for a day. I now have to take time off work to return to have the warning lights checked as I do not want to drive the car with those lights on given the work that was to have been performed. More

Outstanding Service!!! I recently purchased a CR-V (which was also a great experience working with Leslie Alitmus) and took it in for it's first oil change. I have never had an oil change from Basney before and was uncertain what to do and where to go. No need to worry because everyone was so extremely helpful and friendly, I can't wait to go back!!! More
