Very Frustrating We made an appointment for the recall on our 2019 Honda CRV. We received a reminder email the day before. When we got to Basney we were told they didn We made an appointment for the recall on our 2019 Honda CRV. We received a reminder email the day before. When we got to Basney we were told they didn’t have the part for the recall. We live in Michigan we have a 30 minute drive one way. Someone should have called us to tell us they did not have the part. Now we have to make another trip to have the recall fixed. This is not acceptable service. We have purchased 2 vehicles from Basney. I not sure I have the same loyalty to be a return customer. Besides buying 2 vehicles all my oil changes have been done by Basney.. Totally unacceptable! More
