oil change I came in for an oil change at apparently a busy time of day. I was told a 2 to 3 hour wait. I waited...1 hour! I was delighted. Service and Matt great!!! Parts dept has opportunities I came in for a passenger side airbag recall on a '02 Honda Civic LX. Everyone in service was very nice and friendly! The waiting area is nice and had popcorn and coffee complimentary. They found that my seatbelt needed repair and fixed it free of charge. Service department was a 100% wonderful experience, however the parts department felt like I was inconveniencing them by asking for quotes on some parts I was interested in getting from the dealer instead of a part store. They did not seem interested in giving exceptional customer service like the service department provided. The parts department seemed to be more interested in their personal cell phones. More

Leslie was very prompt and helpful in her email responses throughout the day. We then went in for a test drive that same day and was partnered with Brandon Wilson. He was very helpful, pleasant, down to earth, and a definite people person. Some salesmen are very pushy and stand-offish, Brandon was the complete opposite. I highly recommend Brandon for your future purcheses and would love to work with him again if we were to buy another vehicle at Basney Honda. More
