Leslie was very prompt and helpful in her email responses throughout the day. We then went in for a test drive that same day and was partnered with Brandon Wilson. He was very helpful, pleasant, down to earth, and a definite people person. Some salesmen are very pushy and stand-offish, Brandon was the complete opposite. I highly recommend Brandon for your future purcheses and would love to work with him again if we were to buy another vehicle at Basney Honda. More

He was so busy trying to help a number of people at the same time. Made me wonder where the other sales people might be. As I didn’t see anyone else. And that is my only complaint. Doesn’t check my fluid levels during an oil change When I brought my car in for an oil change prior to an out of town trip I told the service department to make sure my fluid levels are full and he ass When I brought my car in for an oil change prior to an out of town trip I told the service department to make sure my fluid levels are full and he assured me it’s part of the point checkup. Upon checkout the fluid levels were marked in the green and the service guy told me non was added. On my way home my car over heated and I stopped at DD tire in Niles where they found no leaks but rather an empty coolant tank fluid level. Obviously it was not checked when I got my oil change thus causing a lot of damage. I ended up renting a car to my trip while my car wAs at DD tire because the report From the dealer showed my fluid levels were adequate (nothing wAs added) causing me to think something was seriously wrong with my auto. I ended up paying for a rental cause basney Honda did not do the job I paid them for. Also the service tech refused to honor a coupon I had left st home due to a spontaneous service stop. Talked to someone at basney Honda who never called me back More

Good sales bad service Bought my civic there and they was great through the sales process. Had a airbag recall 6 months later. Justin the salesman recognized me and took the time to ask how I liked it and everything. I was very impressed by that. But when I got the car back there was a cut in the dash right where they was working and the service manager tried to argue with me that there’s no way they could’ve done it. Even though it was the airbag panel on the dash right where they just replaced the airbag. I understand they go through the glove box but something still happened. A+ to Justin F to service. My service advisor Brian was great it comes down to the tech and the manager. More
