Dead battery Frustrating that I had to get my car towed back to the dealership when the day before I had the car in there because the battery was dead. Since the b Frustrating that I had to get my car towed back to the dealership when the day before I had the car in there because the battery was dead. Since the battery supposedly passed Honda’s test they could or would not change out the battery at that time. So Honda had to pay the extra for towing, I was inconvenienced a second time and the dealer gets a less than great rating. I suggest a better test for the battery because this test was not accurate. As to Honda I am disappointed in this vehicle. First I have an issue with gas in the oil, CRV with 1.5L and turbo , then I report an issue with the display that causes it to randomly start flashing and now at less than a 1 1/2 year old the battery is bad. The first and third issue have been corrected but still waiting on the fix for the display. So how do you think I should rate the Honda dealer? Mediocre at best. More

The good and bad customer service reps. Austin was great, he referred to me by my name, explained that Brian would be my tech, however he would get me checked in etc. He also made sure I ne Austin was great, he referred to me by my name, explained that Brian would be my tech, however he would get me checked in etc. He also made sure I new when the shuttle would arrive etc. I am assuming Brian was the person I was dealing with via text message. He seemed ok. I did have to pick my car up and then drop it back off for a 2nd day as it is my primary vehicle and you did not have a loaner. I dropped my car off the 2nd before 8 am. At 2 when I did not receive an update, I sent a message and then was told I would be called when it was done. I got a text., When I did make it to your establishment to pay for and reclaim my car, Brian did not EVER refer to me by name. He pulled my keys, took me right to pay, never asked me if I had any questions, or even explained what was done to my car. (I looked everything up on line to see what was actually done via videos). I just felt like he wanted me to pay and get out. Never even said goodbye or anything. This was the WORST customer service I have ever had at your place. I will not have Brian assist me again. More
