Not happy I did not feel welcomed when I entered the service area. I got the feeling “Why are you here your vehicle is not Due for a scheduled service. Very prompt oil change and tire rotation. I checked with the service department before coming in to see if there was a line awaiting oil changes (first come first served). Since there was no body waiting at the time, I arrived and was taken right in. Matt did a great job of explaining why we now rotate the tires at every oil change. He also explained the bill after the work was complete. More
