It took 6 voicemails over three weeks, a text to our sales rep, and a message to a Basney to get a call back. The issue was resolved but the email to followup was never returned. We have purchased thr sales rep, and a message to a Basney to get a call back. The issue was resolved but the email to followup was never returned. We have purchased three Hondas from our rep (whom we love) but given this service from Ron, we will travel elsewhere in the future for number four. I would not recommend based on Ron's lack of customer service after the sale was done. More

Bob Briney is our go-to guy for our vehicles. I know that he will not pressure me into buying a car I do not want or cannot afford. I appreciate that when I ask him a question about a Honda, he I know that he will not pressure me into buying a car I do not want or cannot afford.
