They resolved an issue that a different repair shop caused with my oil cap. It was loose and causing a click noise which I had thought was coming from the under carriage. Misdiagnosed window problem first visit, sent away fixed, it wasn't. Curt mad it right and had part ordered. Asked to be put on no car wash list when being serviced.
