Saved Our Wagon Yes, Basney BMW saved our old and tired 2008 BMW 535xiT yet again after it was towed in with engine light and transmission warning lights on. Sometime Yes, Basney BMW saved our old and tired 2008 BMW 535xiT yet again after it was towed in with engine light and transmission warning lights on. Sometimes I wish they wouldn't be so good at resurrecting this car so my husband would just get a new one! They diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be a crankshaft sensor, replaced it, did the usual maintenance on the car and my husband's car is back on the road again! This car has had at least nine lives maybe more, and Basney is too good at fixing it! All in all, another great experience at Basney! Their service department is the best! I just wish at some point they would refer us to the sales department! More

Found Basney who took the car in and provided a courtesy car to allow us to complete our trip about an hour away. Car was repaired within 4 hours new fuel pump. Great Service! We had the unfortunate thing of a damaged rear door on the passenger side of our 2008 BMW 535xiT. The car was repaired and finished on the date promised and what a awesome repair! It looks brand new, no issues closing the door and the color match is top notch! At the same time, I had to have a service indicator reset on my i3 and a full charge to get back home. They were not sure if they would have a loaner car if we needed it and when we arrived, Jason DelGuanto surprised us with a loaner if we needed it. As it turned out, we did not need it as we drove my husband's car while mine was charging for no cost to me. Thank you Basney! I got home and still had 10 miles left on the battery that was 75% charged! Jason is a very hard worker and the whole dealership aims to please! Couldn't be happier! Thanks so much for the great service! More
